Pretentious/ Delicious Overnight-Oats

*WARNING IF YOU MAKE THIS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO GET A HIPSTER FRINGE AND/OR TAKE INSPIRATIONAL GYM PICS*

Kinda…

Basically this is DELICIOUS and quick and easy and actually saves time in the morning.

I have done hundreds of different flavours as the basic ratio is the same- equal parts of everything. Here are three of my favourite.

Raspberry & Coconut Overnight oats

  • 4 Tablespoons Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chai Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Yoghurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Almond Milk (or Soya)
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries

Chocolate Overnight Oats

  • 4 Tablespoons Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chai Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Greek Natural Yoghurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Soya Milk
  • Tsp maple syrup

Honey Overnight oats

  • 4 Tablespoons Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chai Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey Yoghurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Almond Milk
  • Swizzle of Honey on the bottom and on top

 

Basically mix all the ingredients and then arrange it all in a container and pop in the fridge over night. For Instagrammable potential I recommend a kilner jar.

 

ENJOY!

 

(And don’t forget about it and leave it in the back of the fridge to take part in some kind of science experiment. I have done this many a time)
